Easy 14-Day Returns Policy
We care about your satisfaction. That’s why returns to GEEK EXPERTS are fast & easy! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to GEEK EXPERTS within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:
If your original item included any free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep, as well as any shipping and handling charges, will be deducted from your reimbursement total. GEEK EXPERTS can only refund your original purchase price—shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Eligibility Conditions
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, GEEK EXPERTS reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories.
- The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.
- GEEK EXPERTS is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- GEEK EXPERTS is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
- GEEK EXPERTS can only refund the original purchase price.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

- Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Appropriate Use – Selection of product, its installation and use are the sole responsibility of the customer. Geek Experts provides no skill or judgment related to the application of the products it sells.
Manufacturer-labeled warranty – Geek Experts sells the products of reputable manufacturers under their respective brand or trade names. Geek Experts makes no express or implied warranty as to such goods. Customer remedies for defects of goods are subject to any limitations contained in their manufacturer’s terms and conditions to Geek Experts and the provisions of the manufacturer’s warranty, either or both of which will be furnished upon request. Geek Experts is not responsible for any warranty-related issues.
Geek Experts-labeled warranty – Geek Experts warrants the product sold under its name to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of invoice. This warranty does not apply to products that: are opened, altered, or defaced; are not used in accordance with instructions and the normal intended use; or require replacement due to normal use, natural disaster, rust or corrosion, lightning strike, power surge, physical damage to internal or external parts. Defective items may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Geek Experts.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE GOODS PURCHASED HEREUNDER AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OTHERWISE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LABOR, LOSS OF PRODUCT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGE.
Typographical errors
Geek Experts LLC is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you via e-mail or telephone with the corrected pricing information. We also reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
